A memorable evening awaits at this year’s Glazing Summit’s Gala Dinner, with an inspirational after-dinner speaker and after-party with a charity casino set to be two of the highlights.
Held in the Edgbaston Banqueting Suite on the evening of the Glazing Summit, the Gala Dinner, which also features a champagne reception, three-course dinner and private bar, brings together more than 200 senior industry leaders.
Distinguished British journalist, author and broadcaster, John McCarthy CBE, is this year’s after dinner speaker.
John became Britain’s longest-held hostage, held captive in Lebanon for over five years having been kidnapped on the way to an airport in Beirut to get his flight home after his first foreign assignment as a young journalist in 1986.
His dramatic story of survival, resilience and self-belief has inspired business leaders all over the world.
