CENSolutions, the consultancy, test house and third party certification provider, has recently helped customer and specialist provider of UPVC, glass and metal colour coatings, Kolorseal implement the ISO 9001:2008 quality system.
Debbie Hendry, Managing Director at Kolorseal says: “We have always been driven by providing quality products backed up with a fantastic service to match, but we wanted to ensure that all of our internal processes were robust enough to consistently deliver these and any future demands of the market during our planned growth. ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system that will allow us to achieve this. We also wanted to demonstrate our commitment to consistently provide products and services that exceed customer and where applicable, regulatory requirements. We aim to enhance consumer satisfaction through continuous improvement, which Kolorseal is dedicated to on behalf of all of our current and future customers.
“CENSolutions’ knowledgeable team provided hands on support that made the process as easy as possible, allowing us to concentrate on doing what we do best; supplying beautifully colour coated PVC windows, doors, trims, rainwater goods, glass and composite door slabs. We are a trusted business partner to all of our customers, so staying ahead of all relevant industry standards and providing quality time and time again is vital to us. When we make promises to our customers, we keep them, so we need our suppliers to provide us with the same quality service. CENSolutions certainly did this and we look forward to an ongoing relationship with the team.”
Paul Scrivener of CENSolutions comments: “It’s great to work with companies like Kolorseal. It makes our job so much easier when there is a clear company-wide commitment to quality and continuous improvement, especially when implementing ISO 9000: 2008, for which both these aspects are critical. Kolorseal is a good example of such a company with the customer firmly at the centre of everything they do.”
