Newport Window’s ‘Ultimate’ installation

When Roseview Windows’ customer Newport Windows recently completed a domestic project to replace original timber sash windows, it was only fitting they should use Roseview’s award winning Ultimate Rose window.
Ultimate Rose is a uPVC sash window that is virtually indistinguishable from timber and as such can be used as a replacement in period properties as well as buildings in sensitive conservation areas where maintaining original aesthetics is crucial.
uPVC window, door and conservatory installer Newport Windows installed fifteen white foiled Ultimate Rose Windows at the front of a traditional house in Dina Powys, near Cardiff.

You can’t tell the difference from the real thing, and the neighbour was so impressed we’re now costing the front of their property.”
Ultimate Rose is fully mechanically jointed to replicate timber joinery methods and features a deep bottom rail, glass line astragal bar designs and is fitted with premium quality hardware. It also features an in-house developed run-through sash horn with flush end cap to complete the timber box sash window appearance.
Attention to detail was a driving factor in Roseview winning the G-13 New Product of the Year Award for Ultimate Rose, and now this award winning system is even better with a new ultra slim mullion feature.
Rather than having two outer-frames sitting next to each other, which can make the frame appear bulky and distinctly non timber looking, Roseview’s new mullion replaces one of the outer frames to considerably slim down the overall width of the frame and enhance the authenticity of combination windows.
