Roseview gear up for fortieth anniversary FIT Show appearance

Roseview’s 2016 FIT Show debut was a resounding success. After decades of painstaking product development, the Buckinghamshire fabricator headed to Telford with plenty to shout about – and years of steadily increasing awareness of both the brand and its pioneering uPVC sash windows meant there was huge interest in what Roseview had to offer.
Twelve months on, the company is looking to go one better – and is now Birmingham bound with a stand that’s bigger and more prominently placed than last year’s. It will be a fitting venue for a fabricator that’s not only showcasing the most authentic uPVC sash windows ever created, but also celebrating forty years in business.
Mike Bygrave, Roseview Marketing Manager commented: “The FIT Show gives us a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our birthday in style, with friends from throughout the industry - we’re particularly looking forward to Big Tuesday when we’ll be inviting show-goers to our stand for celebratory drinks. But the show’s also a chance to spread the word about the Rose Collection – to introduce the UK’s best uPVC sash windows to people who’ve never heard of them before, or who know the name but have never got to see them up close.”
Show-goers will find the fabricator’s 40th-themed FIT Show stand located close to the show’s main entryways. Their specification-friendly Charisma Rose will be on display, as will the conservation-sensitive Heritage Rose. A slim mullion triple will show the Rose Collection’s versatility, while an adjoining pod will showcase products from Roseview’s sister company Incarnation Windows, specialists in secondary glazing.
The star of the show is likely to be the firm’s award-winning Ultimate Rose, however. First introduced in 2013, its slim timber-like profiles, meeting rail, and period features as painstakingly detailed as full mechanical joints, run-through-sash horns and traditional sash furniture immediately marked it out as special. Full compliance with Part Q and PAS24:2012, and an ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency as standard ensured that exceptional authenticity came coupled with outstanding modern performance. At the time, it seemed extremely unlikely that any product could surpass it.
Then, just in time for its fortieth anniversary, Roseview upgraded the Ultimate Rose. Now it has a slimmer meeting rail; at 35mm overall it’s 9.5mm smaller than before and comfortably the slimmest meeting rail on the market. Since then Secured by Design accreditation has also been added. The result is a window that looks identical to a classic timber sash window, but which includes a host of modern benefits.
“A huge amount of hard work and preparation goes into making a FIT Show appearance, and now we can’t wait to go up to Birmingham and get started,” Mike concluded. “We look forward to seeing old friends, current customers and anyone else interested in sash windows and what they can do for their business at Stand M20!”
