‘Staggering’ response to Residence 9 email campaign says Dekko

Having recently decided to introduce Residence 9 (R9), the luxury 9 chambered window system flush sash casement window from Eclectic Systems to their product portfolio, Cheshire based fabricator Dekko Window Systems embarked on the first phase of their marketing campaign.
Dekko sent out an email campaign to contacts on the Insight Data fabricator and installer database, promoting the features and benefits of R9 along with the option to request a brochure. The campaign generated over 100 leads in just five days and Dekko sales director Kurt Greatrex was delighted with the response.
“The results were staggering” Kurt said. “The first lead came in within minutes of the campaign going out and responses continued to filter through for days afterwards. There is clearly a massive market for a modern flush casement window such as R9 and thanks to our significant manufacturing facility, Dekko are geared up to supply this strong demand.”
Established in 2003 and operating from a 28,000 sq ft factory in Bedbury, Cheshire, Dekko Window Systems is firmly established as one of the industry’s leading trade fabricators. The company is long standing fabricators of both the Deceuninck and Kömmerling uPVC systems and decided to add R9 in order to help their trade customers enter the lucrative heritage market.
