Dekko assembles specialist team to drive growth and customer service

Leading trade fabricator Dekko Window Systems has announced the formation of a new specialist team aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer service.
The team brings together three industry veterans who have joined the company within the past six months.
Paul Schofield, with over 16 years of industry experience, will focus on spearheading growth within Dekko's aluminium division, which includes products from both Reynaers and Decalu. His role includes promoting new products and supporting customers throughout their buying journey.
Austin O'Carroll, boasting more than 20 years in sales, customer service, and product marketing, will oversee the continued success of the popular Residence Collection brand within Dekko's offering. His responsibilities include acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring seamless pre- and post-sales support.
Finally, Lee Williams, bringing 12 years of industry experience, will work closely with existing trade customers to provide exceptional sales support and service across Dekko's extensive product range. This includes Deceuninck and Residence Collection uPVC systems as well as aluminium solutions from Reynaers and Decalu. Lee will also be responsible for driving composite door sales with a wide range of products to choose from.
Each member brings extensive experience and expertise to their role, positioning Dekko to better serve its trade installer customers across the UK.
