Consumer tastes have evolved from white windows, with colour presenting plenty of opportunities for installers in the domestic market. But with long lead times creating supply hassles for installers many are yet to take full advantage of these opportunities.
Yorkshire based trade fabricator Dempsey Dyer has provided a solution to the problem, which is already going down a storm with its customers. Dempsey Dyer offers a fast track colour service, supplying its most popular foiled uPVC windows to customers in just three weeks.
Sales and marketing director Peter Dyer comments: “When it comes to jobs for coloured windows one of the biggest frustrations for installers is slow turnarounds. The customer could be desperate for work to start but with some fabricators offering up to six week lead times on foiled windows this can cause major issues further down the supply chain.
“Our profile supplier Deceuninck offers a fast turnaround on colour and thanks to our manufacturing set up we’re able to pass this speedy service onto our customers, in turn helping them offer a speedier service and more flexibility to their customers.”
Dempsey Dyer fabricates its own brand of uPVC windows and doors that are made using Deceuninck’s 2500 chamfered, 2800 decorative and 3000 systems. All ‘Inspire’ branded products are backed by the Maco Secure Plus guarantee, a comprehensive protection scheme that offers a host of benefits including a £1,000 excess cover and a 10 year guarantee.
Windows are available on a three week lead time in the following foils; White, Golden Oak, Cream White, Nut Tree, Irish Oak, Chartwell Green, Anthracite, and Black Ash.
“Installers let down by long lead times are missing out; colour is more popular than ever and our fast track service is helping installers take advantage of these opportunities,” says Peter.
