The Irish market recently got its first taste of Dempsey Dyer’s new ‘timber look’ Beaumont window and door at the Self Build & Improve Your Home show in Belfast.
The show offers fresh ideas and ‘hands on’ advice for homeowners looking to build their own home as well as inspiration for architects and builders looking to source new and alternative products.
Dempsey displayed their ground-breaking Beaumont window and door that are designed to bridge the gap between uPVC and timber.
Hand crafted using traditional jointing methods, the Beaumont range offers all the aesthetic value of timber with the low cost of uPVC, making it a perfect alternative for consumers who favour the look of timber but don’t want to spend the extra premium.
Managing director Peter Dyer comments on the product’s positive impact at the show:
“We exhibited at Self Build & Improve to introduce, and sell the benefits of, the Beaumont to a wider audience as well as inspire visitors to the stand with our fresh take on traditional timber products.
There was a lot of buzz around the window and door and we received lots of positive feedback from impressed visitors who couldn’t believe it wasn’t timber.”
