Machinery experts elumatec are respected around the world for quality products and boundary-pushing innovation – and now the thriving firm is set to unveil its latest high-tech offering at the BAU show in Munich, Germany.
From the 15th to the 21st of January, elumatec will be exhibiting to thousands of construction professionals at what’s become the world’s leading trade fair for the building and architecture industries.
In addition to showcasing an extensive array of its existing products, the manufacturer will also be launching the SBZ 122/75 – the newest and most advanced model in its market-leading SBZ range of CNC machining centres.
The first 5-axis CNC in the SBZ 122 line, the 122/75 is safer, faster and more flexible than the products that came before it. Its protective hood not only shields users from flying debris, it saves space by allowing them to work right up close to the machine even when it’s in operation. Its inclined beds give users easier access, and mean swarf and other waste material simply falls way – and its autonomous clamps save time, manpower, and significantly boost efficiency.
“We couldn’t hope for a better place to launch the 122/75 than BAU 2017,” commented Phil Heavey, elumatec UK Managing Director. “It’s an amazing event - drawing planners, architects, tradesmen, investors and others from all over the world, to view the most cutting-edge products the sector has to offer. As such, it’s a natural fit for the 122/75 – one of the most advanced CNCs we’ve ever produced, providing manufacturers with industry-leading speed, efficiency and versatility, and an ideal choice for anyone looking to make aluminium bifold doors, entrance doors, windows, curtain walling or facades.”
