Following ambitious plans for growth over the next few years, Insight Data has appointed Michaela Cooke as Head of Research.
Michaela was previously employed as a researcher for Insight, updating the UK Fenestration database. In her new role Michaela oversees the research team, monitoring calls and quality of data input, as well as heading up key projects and creating reports.
Michaela is also responsible for managing out-bound telesales, organising effective telesales campaigns for market research or as a follow-up to marketing campaigns such as a direct mailer or eshot.
Managing Director of Insight, Andrew Scott, comments on the new appointment: “Michaela has consistently impressed me with her work ethic and professionalism. We have plans to significantly expand our research team over the next two years and Michaela will be a vital member of the team in making this happen.”
The Insight research team currently makes over 20,000 phone calls every month to update and verify detailed information. The call centre is one of seven different ways Insight updates information in real-time, ensuring businesses are accessing the most up to date data possible and improving sales and marketing results dramatically.
Other methods include an integrated XML feed from a credit reference agency, a system to feed-in new company formations and start-ups, and ‘closed loop’ returns to improve deliverability rates of email and direct mail.
Michaela commented: “I’m really excited about moving into my new role at Insight. I’m looking forward to driving the research team and telesales for our customers as well as helping to maintain a high level of data quality and consistent customer service as we look to grow in the near future.”
Insight Data is the data expert for the UK fenestration and wider construction industry, helping businesses target window and door fabricators, installers, housebuilders, architects and more with a range of comprehensive databases.
