Demand for Insight Data’s telemarketing service grows

Insight Data, the specialist data provider for the window industry, has expanded its call centre to handle an increased demand for its telemarketing service.
The company provides specialist outbound telemarketing services for lead generation, product and service promotion, market research and customer surveys.
Jade Greenhow, operations manager at Insight Data, commented: “We’ve seen a significant increase in demand for telemarketing. With everyone busier than ever before and bombarded with marketing messages, it is increasingly difficult to stimulate a response to traditional and digital marketing methods – but a telephone call cuts through all the ‘white noise’ and demands attention.”
Telemarketing is best used following up a direct mail or email campaign, which creates some awareness and leaves recipients more responsive to taking a call.
Insight Data has a dedicated call centre equipped with state-of-the-art telecoms and software systems. Telemarketing personnel are full-time employees who are hand-picked and professionally trained in call-handling. They also undertake a monthly window industry training programme so they understand the supply chain and products.
