Geographical targeting helps window franchise expand customer base

Window repair franchise WindowGeeks has adopted sales and marketing software Salestracker to expand its customer base, using geographical targeting to bring on board new repair network members in specific postcodes.
WindowGeeks provides high quality repair and replace services for windows, doors and conservatories in the domestic market. Leads are generated through WindowGeek’s consumer facing website and passed on to local window repairers / installers who don’t have the resources to market themselves.
The company has a network of window experts spanning the UK and Ireland but is using Salestracker to pinpoint installers to fill the remaining postcode areas.
“Salestracker is the perfect tool to expand our repair and replace network,” comments Jeff Smith, managing director of WindowGeeks. “The detail of the information within the system makes it easy for us to find exactly the right type of company for the area. For example, a particular product might be more popular in one region, and Salestracker allows us to search based on product type, system used and even installation volumes.
“Once we’ve built an accurate profile we can use the radius search function to find installers anywhere from 1 to 200 miles within a postcode, making sure no postcodes overlap and our network members aren’t competing for leads.”
WindowGeeks are subscribed to the full UK Fenestration database, which contains over 16,000 contacts including window and door installers, sealed unit manufacturers, and roofline installers.
This information is updated live in real-time through Salestracker so only the most relevant and accurate contact details are shown when searching, and once a list is built and saved within the system this is automatically updated and ready to use for sales and marketing campaigns.
Insight Data’s marketing manager, Zach Ward, comments: “We’re delighted WindowGeeks are using Salestracker to expand its repair and replace network of installers. The system is incredibly easy to use; users can login anytime, anywhere and find their next customer within minutes.”
