Leads2trade, the company behind the Trusted Local Suppliers Network, has expanded its call centre, as is rolls out a strategy to invest in key areas of the business.
Recognised as the UK’s leading sales lead generator, Leads2trade generates double-qualified home improvement leads via an 800 strong online network of sites- which fall under the banner of Trusted Local Suppliers- where homeowners register to find tradesman to carry out work such as conservatory, solar and double glazing installations. All leads are rigorously vetted by a call centre team before they become double-qualified and are deemed fit to pass on to installers.
The lengths call centre staff go to, to ensure sales lead are ‘red-hot’ for members of its Trusted Local Supplier network is legendary.
Andy Royle, Director at the company comments: “Double qualified sales leads form the foundation of what we offer installers and we take the process seriously.
“As soon as an enquiry is made via our network of sites by a homeowner, the lead is received real time by our call centre and a team member calls the contact within seconds.
“Then a series of questions are asked to determine whether the homeowner is serious about having the work carried out within three months, whether it is a conservatory, double glazing or a renewable installation, when they are OK to be contacted and how much they are willing to spend.
“One of our team can also become an extension of the installer’s team, and book appointments on their behalf and manage the lead nurturing process, if necessary.”
Once the lead has been vigorously assessed it is then passed on to no more than three network members in that certain postcode.

Recent investment in the call centre has seen the addition of new staff; the acquisition of new software to quickly process, qualify and then distribute leads to our members in real time.
