The Director of an established industry name has said ‘bring on the next £200m’ following the news that his company’s members have now generated two hundred million pounds’ worth of business.
Andy Royle says that Leads2trade members recently hit the milestone and that he expects his Trusted Local Supplier (TLS) members to hit £400m in half the time.
Andy comments: “Of course we are delighted to know that thanks to the service we provide our members have been able to generate this amount of business and counting. Without leads you don’t have sales and without sales the home improvement and wider economy would suffer. This is a huge achievement for everybody at Leads2trade and our loyal customer base.”
Andy says that one product that has been particularly in demand is replacement conservatory roofs, with Leads2trade seen as the go to resource for installers looking for leads for homeowners interested in installing this product.
Leads2trade generate thousands of leads per month for companies operating in the home improvement market; with the core sectors including windows doors and conservatories, solar and heating and plumbing.
These leads are then double qualified by Leads2trade’s in-house call centre and passed onto members of its popular Trusted Local Supplier network, in postcodes of their choice.
Installers can also receive leads in real-time via email or text, or calls can be directly transferred to installers from the call centre whilst the customer is still on the phone with Leads2trade’s new Hot Key service.
The Hot Key service has increased sales conversion rates for Leads2trade members by 70 per cent.
Leads2trade operate across the glass and glazing, heating & plumbing, solar and security markets.
But Andy says that glass and glazing is where the business has its roots, having been formed in this industry just over ten years ago, in 2006.
He comments: “Leads2trade was born out of the glass and glazing industry and although we have diversified into other sectors, it remains our core and our home. In the last year alone we have increased our membership base by thirty per cent in this sector and we’re seeing companies sign up to be members every week.”
Andy also says that a recent consumer survey they carried out has shown that homeowners are still looking to invest in new windows, doors and conservatories; and ‘Brexit’ has yet to impact of confidence and buying habits; spelling good news for installers.
