Businesses, community figures and first team representatives from the Salford super league rugby team recently came together to participate in the Salford Red Devils Golf Day fundraiser.
Leads2trade, who provide double qualified sales leads for the home improvement industry, were key sponsors of the event, which was raising money for the Salford Red Devils Foundation, a charity that helps make sport, health and education based activities available to all regardless of background and ability.
The 4 ball format tournament took place on August 16th at the Ellesmere Golf Club, Walkden. A range of prizes were on offer for a number of events including best score, hole-in-one and closest to the pin challenges.
A presentation of team and individual awards were held in the evening. Hosting this event was popular after-dinner speaker Michael ‘Braddy’ Bradshaw, who has been the official mascot for many clubs including Bradford Bulls, Leeds Rhinos and Burnley FC.
Andy Royle, Managing Director of Leads2trade attended the fundraiser and was joined by customers Gary Greenhalgh from Sentinel Solid Roofs and Kevin Tulley from Top Class Windows and Conservatories.
Also present on the course was ex GB captain and retired professional rugby league footballer Adrian Morley, who acted as the Salford Red Devils ambassador for the day.
Operating in Frome, Somerset, Sentinel has been in business for 15 years, manufacturing a range of glass, polycarbonate and solid tile roofs.
The company has been a Leads2trade customer for six months, and Director Gary Greenhalgh says he has been wholly impressed by the professionalism of Leads2trade so far.
He comments: “With Leads2trade what you see is what you get, and they are a very honest company. From senior management to sales, everyone has been very helpful and we have formed a strong working relationship with them over the past six months.”
