Leads2trade invests to create installer community

Leads2trade, the company behind the Trusted Local Suppliers Network, has invested heavily to launch a new online resource that will host a forum and community for both installers and homeowners.
Leads2trade generates double-qualified home improvement leads via an 800 strong online network of sites- which fall under the banner of Trusted Local Suppliers- where homeowners register to find tradesman to carry out work such as conservatory and double glazing installations.
All leads go through a rigorous vetting process to become double-qualified before they can be passed on to tradesman to follow up.
Leads2trade has invested to build a new Trusted Local Suppliers flagship site and Andy Royle, who is Director at Leads2trade, believes it will be a game changer.
He comments: “All the leads that our members use to grow their business are generated through this consumer facing network, where homeowners come to find accredited home improvement companies.
“There are hundreds of TLS sites in operation but we felt the main flagship site needed updating and refreshing in order to continue to provide a powerful resource for both homeowners and installers.
“The new site contains a wealth of in-depth product and sector information where the homeowner can gather information and intelligence before they buy.”
Andy believes this will encourage consumers to register to have home improvement work carried out more readily, therefore benefitting installers.
The new site will also have a forum integrated within it where both homeowners and installers can send in images and information about work they have carried out.
Andy comments: “This is a good way for installers to get themselves noticed and will provide them with an opportunity to create a back catalogue of work they have carried out and add value to their sales presentations.
“Installers that become part of our network are generating millions of pounds worth of work, and in 2012 closed over £60m worth of sales. With this new online resource and continued investment in every other aspect of the business, we’re confident of increasing this number.”
