Promotions at Leads2trade outline ambitious growth plans

Lead generation firm Leads2trade has re-structured its sales department, a move which directors at the company say will further their commitment to building strong relationships with customers.
As part of this, Sandra Jones and Oliver Jennings have been promoted to Account Managers and will be responsible for generating new business as well as retaining existing customers.
Andy Royle, Director at Leads2trade, comments: “Before we had two roles within sales, a Business Development Manager to attract new prospects and Account Managers who focussed on customer retention. However, with this business model the customer was often dealing with multiple contacts and it wasn’t always an effective use of our resources.
“Now the responsibilities are shared between Sandra and Oliver, with each customer having a sole point of contact. This is helping to streamline the sales process and further strengthen the level of service we offer to our customers.”
Both Sandra and Oliver previously worked at the company as Team Leaders in Leads2trade’s in-house call centre, overseeing a team that qualifies thousands of leads per month for installers and providers of a range of home improvement products and services.
Leads are generated through Leads2trade’s 800-strong network of websites where homeowners register to find trusted tradesmen.
Leads are then double qualified in the call centre and passed onto members of its popular Trusted Local Supplier network, in postcodes of their choice.
“We promote only within the company and Sandra and Oliver are the perfect fit for the Account Manager roles,” says Andy. “They have a good understanding of the business and they’ve lived and breathed the role from a consumer point of view.”
Sandra and Oliver’s promotions dovetail with the recent appointment of Chris Alexander as Marketing Manager who will work in tandem with the Account Managers team to generate new consumer leads.
Sandra Jones comments: “As we increase lead volumes and bring on board new customers it’s important for us to be able to offer consistently high levels of service and the restructure offers a sustainable business model moving forwards.”
Oliver Jennings comments: “It’s an exciting time at Leads2trade; significant investments in the business are having a positive impact on customers and has seen us generate record lead volumes.”
