Leads2trade, the UK’s number one provider of double qualified sales leads for the home improvement industry, has appointed Stacey Cowey as Call Centre Manager.
Stacey was previously employed as a call centre team manager at a financial products firm, and will use the knowledge and experience gained through this role to drive lead volumes at Leads2trade, as part of the company’s continued investment in the business.
The Call Centre Manager is an important role within Leads2trade, and the new appointment follows on from recent investments in the business; including expansion of the call centre and the acquisition of new office space.
Andy Royle, managing director at Leads2trade, comments: “Significant investment in the call centre will help installers capitalise on emerging markets and bring even more benefits to our network members”.
“The appointment of Stacey will also enable us to continue delivering high quality volumes of leads across a range of sectors for members of our Trusted Local Suppliers Network.”
Trusted Local Suppliers is the name of the brand that homeowners use to find tradespeople to quote for their home improvement project; and through it Leads2trade generate thousands of leads per month via a network of 800 websites.
All leads are then double-qualified by Leads2trade’s in-house call centre and passed to members of its popular Trusted Local Supplier network, in postcodes of their choice.
Installers can receive leads in real-time via email or text or through the innovative hot key transfer service. This allows the Leads2trade call team to directly transfer the consumer on the other end of the line to the installer in that postcode area, so an appointment can be made straight away, increasing the likelihood of a survey being arranged there and then.
Stacey Cowey comments: “I’m pleased to join at such an exciting time for Leads2trade, as we continue to invest in growth and enter new profitable markets for installers.”
Leads2trade supply leads to a range of sectors and markets – including fenestration, renewable energy, boiler replacement; conservatory roof replacement and specialist products such as bi-folding doors.
