Newview shortlisted for major awards following ‘grilling’ from judges

Newview Windows & Conservatories has been shortlisted for the Sussex Business Awards 2016, in the category of Sussex Company of the Year.
Economic output from Sussex is in the range of £37bn – 2.2% of the UK total – and the awards recognise businesses who are thriving in the region.
Based in Worthing, West Sussex, Newview are a family run firm that over the last ten years has become one of the largest glazing and home improvement companies in the South East.
In its most recent accounts covering the year to June 2016, turnover rose to £4.2 million – a 41 percent increase on the year before – resulting in a record year of trading for Newview.
In the last year, Newview has also seen staff numbers rise to 45 and a milestone 120,000 windows have been fitted.
This growth can be attributed to the winning of several major contracts during this time with new clients that include Network Rail, Heathrow Airport, Crest Nicholson, Bovis Homes, NHS South, Persimmon Homes and Thames Valley Housing.

The calibre and volume of entries this year was really strong so being shortlisted is a huge achievement and we received a grilling from the judges; who spent hours at our offices going through the business with a fine tooth comb.”
Now in its 28th year, the Sussex Business Awards are the longest established of their kind in Sussex and Widely considered the ‘one to win’. This year the awards saw its highest ever number of entries.
The winners will be revealed on Thursday 1 December in a ceremony at The Grand Brighton Hotel.
