The Purplex Digital team have increased their online marketing expertise and prowess by attending a rigorous Google Analytics training programme in Central London, run by entrepreneur and marketing expert Remco van der Beek from eMarketeers.
During the one-day long Google Analytics training, the Purplex Digital team were able to learn advanced features of Google Analytics such as event tracking, goal creation, real-time user behaviour and how to create customised reports and dashboards.
Digital Director at Purplex, Adi Day, said after the Google Analytics training: “All of the Purplex Digital team really enjoyed the day-long training. We all learned a great deal in how to maximise full functionality of Google Analytics, and we now look forward to implementing what we have learned by putting it to good use on many of our client websites. At Purplex, we make tremendous effort and commitment into building a world class team by undertaking relevant and frequent industry-led training.
Google Analytics trainer Remco van der Beek was delighted to travel to the UK from Belgium to head the training programme. He said: “I found great joy and honour in teaching the whole Purplex Digital team the full benefits and uses of Google Analytics”.
Aside from the Google Analytics training, Purplex also sent three members of Purplex Digital to Brighton on 7th April 2017 for the annual Brighton SEO exhibition, where like-minded fellow SEO professionals were able to connect and collaborate.
Digital Account Executive, Mackenzie Lomax attended Brighton SEO for the first time and found the visit worthwhile and useful. He added “The trip has made me aware of the importance of optimising a website with rich and unique content to push it up search engines. In my role as Digital Account Executive, I am in constant contact with clients so all the information I learned at my first Brighton SEO will definitely be useful in my day-to-day job”.
