Purplex venture into high-end architectural photography
Posted on 24/11/2015
Global supplier of aluminium building systems, Hueck, has chosen Purplex for a major photography project in London. The work involved six recently completed buildings in the City, including three high-rise, mixed-use projects.
This is a first for the full-service marketing agency and marks its expansion in highly specialised photography/videography services. Leon Friend, Hueck commercial director, commented: “Our HQ in Germany requested high-quality images of our London portfolio, and we appointed Purplex, who are also our PR agency, to take a set of photographs within specific brand guidelines. The work was delivered on time and on budget, and we’re delighted with the results.
“We have now allocated specific resources for Purplex’s photography services, directed at our current and future projects,” added Leon.
The venture follows a significant investment in new equipment at Purplex, and highlights the agency’s focus on developing its services, to the benefit of current and future customers.
Andrew Sykes, Purplex photographer/videographer, said: “Architectural photography is one of the most technical variations of photography, and requires skill and preparation, as well as expensive, high-quality equipment. Constant investments in people, and the latest technologies, ensure Purplex is one of the most complex and seasoned marketing agencies for the construction industry and the built environment in the UK.”
