WindoWorld Leicester celebrate 20 years of CPA membership

Long-established home improvement company WindoWorld Leicester is celebrating 20 years as a member of the Consumer Protection Association.
WindoWorld Leicester is a manufacturer, supplier and installer of PVCu and aluminium windows and doors, and conservatories.
As a company working based on recommendations, Jatin Modi, Managing Director of WindoWorld Leicester, understands the importance of customer satisfaction and says being a CPA member has allowed them to achieve the high-standards they do; and grow significantly.
He comments: “100% of our business is won through recommendations, so we can’t afford to have upset customers and people left in the lurch if something does go wrong.
“As a CPA member, we can offer reassurance to our customers and give them the confidence that their investment is protected.”
WindoWorld has been in business for 27 years and has significantly expanded its premises and manufacturing in this time.
A large portion of its operations has been as a CPA member and in this time Jatin says, “There have been little to no problems with the CPA and its service, and we would happily recommend them to other home improvement companies.”
