T&K Home Improvements have been crowned Retail Business of the Year at the Wellingborough Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2019.

And the award win rounds off a fantastic 2019 for one of the longest serving installers in the UK.

T&K has been serving Wellingborough and the surrounding counties for more than 40 years, installing products including windows, doors, conservatories, replacement conservatory roofs, verandas and orangeries to more than 60,000 homes during that time.

This year alone T&K has been awarded a Which? Trusted Traders Certificate of Distinction, introduced new products into its range and raised more than £5,000 for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance Charity.

In the autumn, T&K’s Conservatory Surveyor-Manager, Steve Love, received a ‘highly commended’ for his tireless work in the conservatory sector at this year’s Conservatory & Orangery Awards having been put forward by the T&K team in the Outstanding Achievement category.

T&K’s General Manager Neal Harper said: “Winning Retail Business of the Year has topped off a fantastic year for T&K and we were thrilled to get the judges vote.

“It shows our customers that we are continuously providing them with the very best service and is great recognition for the fantastic work we do.”

T&K are targeting 2020 for even more success, with the company set to move into additional premises in Kettering.

This will mean T&K will be expanding its salesforce at its current base in Wellingborough, and Neal added: “We’re looking forward to expanding our team in 2020 and having the scope to grow with our new Kettering base.”
