Vista Panels appoint new sales director

Vista Panels, the UK’s leading composite door and PVCu panel manufacturers, have promoted long-standing employee Wesley Buchan from national sales manager to sales director.
In his new role Wesley will be managing Vista’s sales team and is directly responsible for all sales activities spanning the commercial and trade markets. Sales director is a major role at any company, not least at one of the UK’s biggest and most successful door companies, but managing director Keith Sadler believes Wesley is more than capable of stepping up to the plate.
Keith comments: “Wesley has proved himself to be an incredibly hard working and valuable member of the Vista team and has more than earned his position as sales director. He’s been one of the key drivers in the business over the past ten years and I look forward to continuing to work alongside Wesley and watching him excel in his new role.”
Wesley joined Vista in 2004 and has worked his way up through the company; building a strong rapport with customers and suppliers and helping Vista grow into one of the major forces in the entrance door manufacturing industry.
Wesley commented on his promotion: “Vista is a fantastic company to work for and I’m delighted to take up a new position as sales director. We’ve recently expanded our product range - adding new colours, the Inox steel glazing system and the ability to offer U-values as low as 0.8 – and it’s a real honour to be a director at such a fast growing and ambitious company.”
Vista currently produces around 1,800 uPVC panels and 500 composite doors per week from its state-of-the-art 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on the Wirral in Merseyside. The company manufactures one of the highest specification composite doors on the market and has recently made some major machinery investments including a new edgebander, beam saw and paint spray booth, totalling £220k.
