Premier Arches makes £100K machinery investment

Leading arched and angled frame specialist Premier Arches has invested over £100K in new machinery, significantly ramping up production and efficiency.
The company has invested heavily at the start of 2024 by adding a new copy router, a new four-head welder, two new ovens, additional saws and finishing tools.
This investment, funded by profits from the previous year, will allow Premier Arches to grow capacity while maintaining the high quality finish on bespoke arched and angled frames that they have become famous for.
Director Joe Trueman comments: “We’ve seen significant growth in 2023, we’ve won tons of new customers, and our existing customers have grown. This increased demand was beginning to stretch our capacity in Q4 of 2023, but the £100K of new kit allows us to deal with the current volume of orders and opens up capacity, allowing us to fulfil our growth plans for 2024. We’re set up for a huge year.”
The St Helens-based company manufactures and supplies arched, angled, gable, circular and entirely bespoke windows and doors in a range of stocked systems, offering a full service to fabricators, trade counters, installers and local builders, transforming the often daunting procedure of profile bending into a simple and pain-free process, saving fabricators time and money.
